Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through Immersive Vision websites, interactive experiences, administrative and client workspaces, project communications, scheduling features, proposals, invoices, and other services that link to this Policy.

It does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services that maintain their own privacy policies, even when they are accessible through an Immersive Vision service.

Depending on how you interact with Immersive Vision, we may process the following categories of information:

• Identity and contact information: name, business name, role, email address, telephone number, and related contact details.
• Account and authentication information: Workspace account identifiers, password-verification data, session information, access permissions, and account status.
• Business and project information: project names, addresses, plans, specifications, imagery, schedules, selections, communications, proposals, invoices, and other materials supplied in connection with our services.
• Usage and technical information: browser and device information, timestamps, request and security logs, feature interactions, and similar data reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services.
• Information from integrations: data that you expressly authorize us to receive from third-party services, including Google Calendar as described below.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and requires your affirmative authorization through Google’s OAuth consent flow.

When you connect a Google Account, Immersive Vision requests only the following Google Calendar permissions currently required by the Workspace:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy — used to determine whether selected calendar time periods are free or busy for scheduling purposes.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.app.created — used to create and manage a dedicated calendar and events created by Immersive Vision for showings or appointments.

We may also receive your Google Account email address and account identifier to identify the connected account and maintain the integration.

Immersive Vision does not request broad read access to your existing Google Calendar content. The permissions above are not intended to provide us with private event titles, descriptions, attendee lists, notes, attachments, or other substantive content from your existing calendars.

We use information only for legitimate business purposes reasonably related to providing, protecting, administering, and improving the Services, including to:

• create and maintain accounts and authenticated Workspace sessions;
• deliver immersive property experiences, project information, client services, and requested communications;
• operate proposals, invoices, project tracking, scheduling, showing availability, and other requested business workflows;
• authenticate users, prevent misuse, investigate security events, and maintain platform integrity;
• respond to support requests, administer agreements, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations; and
• analyze service performance and improve functionality in a manner consistent with this Policy.

Google Calendar data is used solely to provide and support the Calendar and scheduling functions authorized by the connected user.

Immersive Vision’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data obtained through OAuth is not sold, rented, transferred to data brokers, used for targeted advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

We may use service providers solely to operate infrastructure or functionality on our behalf where such processing is necessary to provide the Services and is subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and use restrictions.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may disclose information only in limited circumstances, including:

• to vendors and service providers acting on our behalf to host, secure, transmit, or support the Services;
• to professional advisers where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, or compliance purposes;
• to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
• to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Immersive Vision, our users, or others; or
• in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

For connected Google Calendar accounts, OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are processed server-side. We do not intentionally expose OAuth credentials to other Workspace users or to public visitors.

No security measure can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

We retain information for no longer than reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.

When a user disconnects Google Calendar through the Immersive Vision Workspace, we remove the stored Calendar connection credentials from the active connection. A user may also revoke Immersive Vision’s Google access through their Google Account settings.

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information may be sent to contact@immersivevision.us. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including records necessary for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, contractual, or legal purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information regarding certain personal data we maintain about you. You may also withdraw optional integration permissions at any time.

Declining or revoking a permission does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before revocation, but certain features may no longer function when the permission necessary to provide them is removed.

The Services are designed for businesses, professionals, property buyers, investors, and other adult users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.

Immersive Vision is based in Florida, United States. Information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to the safeguards and legal requirements applicable to that processing.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or Services. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented or communicated where required by applicable law.
